Bearing in mind also that articles 1, 55 and 56 of the charter of the united nations provide that the organization shall promote universal respect for, and observance of human rights and fundamentals freedom for all without distinction as to race, sex, language or religion. Noting that article 28 of the Universal declaration of human rights set forth in the Declaration can be fully realised. |

The president of Kabonfootprint is going to travel in Madagascar, the purpose of this journey is to promote the right(law) of the man and to visit the centres of orphanage in the country; let us note that there are 350.000 orphans in Madagascar and the kabonfootprint association brings gifts(donations) for the food, the schooling, and materiels of sports for these orphans. The last visit of the association kabonfootprint in this country dates numerous years, but today several orphan children will have the privilege to have a good schooling and good bases to begin their life. The education in Madagascar is still at the bottom of the international echelle, few young people have access there, and the expenses of schooling are enormes, nevertheless the young Malagasy work hard to manage at their purpose to go out of the poverty. Kabonfootprint will build 3 universities in this country: - Kabonfootprint university of human rights - science and polytricks university of kabonfootprint - Computer management and university Communication. Beaucoups of members accompanied the president of kabonfootprint and several authorities Malagasy organize evenements to welcome the members. |

Dr Daniel G.hill is canada's first freelance "Human rights consultant ". The former head Ontario human rights commission now charge for the advices Ontario used to pay him to dish out free. Dr.Hill retired from his $34.000 a year civil service post last year and started Daniel G.Hill & Associates last month. The 50 years old sociologist doestn't think there is anything odd about making human relation -Traditionnaly a job for gouvernement and volunteer groups of concerned citizens - a paying business. "This is the age of specialisations and consultants " Dr Hill said, "When a gouvernement agency or private firm needs an expert to handle an specific task they hire a consultants in enginering management, all sorts of fields. Why not human relations ?
"I'm the first in Canada, but there are several in the US and they're doing a good work and good business". The former US citizens says he already has contract with the attorney's generals office. The promotion and protection of human rights has been a major preoccupation for the united nations since 1945. When the organisation's founding nations resolved that the horrors of the second world war should never be allowed to reccur. Respect for human rights and humanity dignity is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world, The general assembly declared three years later in the universal declaration of human rights. In 1950, all States and interested oragnizations were invited by the general assembly to observe 10 December as Human rights day.
The day marks the anniversary for the Assembly's adoption of the universal declaration of human rights in 1948. Over the years, a whole network of human rights instruments of mechanisms has been developed to ensure the primacy of human rights and to comfront human rights violations wherever they accure.

Internet is the most known network to promote his idea, kabonfootprint uses many means indeed in Africa and others isolated countries. Many volunteers formed many youngs people in Zambia to internet to make their blogs where they could express their ideas and opinions.
